| 2006-08-10 | Viva SEGA | Yes there used to be 3 nickel cities in San Jose, and one in San Diego, (but 2 of the San Jose ones closed down (including this "E. Capitol Expressway" one) but there remains the 'Branham Lane' one. Its the "Camden Ave." exit off highway 85. If you're coming from SF, [either via 280 or 101], then take the 85-south juction, drive about 10 minutes, and you'll see Camden.. If you're coming from south then I guess the best way to go is to take 680-south which becomes 280-south.. then juction into 85-south, and once again after about 10 minutes take Camden exit! Its right on the corner after the VTA Bus/Bart parking lot.. you'll see the El Pollo Loco!
By the way this Nickel City is also by Capitol Expressway though techniqually it is of the "W.Capitol" variety..
