2006-02-04ABROld Post office Pavillion (12 st and Pennsylvania Ave NW) is a tiny mall that has mostly locally owned merchants, the only chain store I noticed was Ben and Jerry's. But there's really only about 10-15 stores, and a food court. In the food court is a place called "Capital Arcade" which is where this machine is. There isn't much in the arcade, about 10 machines. You have to pass through metal detectors to enter the mall.
